Convert an iWork Pages document into an editable PDF form (reusable template) that will work on iPhone. Pages document has text, pictures, and tables. I need form fields in specific areas of the text, the ability to insert new photos into the picture fields, and have drop down menus in the tables.

30/01/2005 · I am searching a tool that convert from PDF form into HTML form. but not just a static HTML, it would convert the fillable form data into the HTML document.
If you have two documents (one PDF, one HTML), and they share the same field names, you should be able to take the data for your HTML form, convert it to a FDF file and then populate the fields in a PDF file with this data.
